What areas do you service? 
Currently, we provide services in the following areas: Durham, RTP, Chapel Hill and Brier Creek.

How often do you come out?
We offer one-time, weekly, every other week, and monthly services.

Do I need to be home during service visits?
No, as long as we have access to the areas of the property that need to be serviced and all animals have been removed from those particular areas.

Do you work through the winter?
Your dog does his business year-round and so do we.

Do you work when the weather is bad?
We'll work in most weather, but snow, ice or heavy rain can stop us. If this happens, we will postpone that day's service until the inclement weather clears (usually no more than 1-2 days).

Will you provide services on holidays?
Sgt. Scoop’s Poop Patrol observes most major national holidays. If your service day falls on a holiday, we will work with you to arrange an alternate service day.

Can you work with my pet in the yard?
We love our customers and their pets, but having your pets removed from the area makes our job a little easier so we would prefer it if they were removed beforehand. 

How do you dispose of pet waste?
All waste is double bagged and placed in the customer's exterior garbage can.  The sanitation dept. will pick it up along with the rest of your trash.
